The Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at CAMHANS is dedicated to cater the needs of mental health of children and adolescents. This unit addresses a wide spectrum of developmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns in individuals aged 0 to 18 years, including complex neurodevelopmental disorders and emerging psychiatric conditions.
Our psychiatrist collaborates closely with clinical psychologists, special educators, and therapists to ensure holistic, multi-disciplinary care tailored to the unique needs of every child. We focus on early detection, clinical diagnosis, evidence-based pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment, and liaison with schools and families.
